The hotel is in a modern wing, offering lovely rooms that are nice and comfortable. The staff, especially Alex at the bar, are very friendly. The brasserie restaurant serves delicious food, and the experience of afternoon tea in the Sheridan room is wonderful. Although the spa rooms were closed, the open pool area was great. The team goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
